The President of Ukraine sent a letter to Emmanuel Macron, expressing his gratitude for the efforts of the French rescue services to rescue the sailors and search for the bodies of the dead.

“However, the fate of six Ukrainians remains unknown. I appeal to you, Mr. President, also on behalf of the families of Ukrainian citizens - victims of this tragedy, to continue the search and rescue operation and to take additional measures if necessary,” Volodymyr Zelensky said.
