Ukrainian students won 3 medals at the International Olympics in Qatar
Pupils from Ukraine won 3 bronze medals at the International Youth Scientific Olympiad in Biology, Chemistry and Physics "IJSO 2019", which was held from December 3 to 12 in Qatar. At the same time, 409 participants from 70 countries took part in scientific competitions.
The medals were won by Yana Golovatska, Dmitry Antonovich and Alexander Stasovsky, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
December 11, 2019 Young Ukrainian scientists, along with their teachers Paul Pshenychka, Alexander Tolstov and Svetlana Antonenko, as well as Deputy Director for International Relations of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Yevgeny Kudryavts, were received at the Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Qatar, where they spoke with the institution’s diplomats.
