Embassy of Ukraine in Egypt held a Reception on the occasion of the 28-th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, On December 4.
The event was attended by ambassadors and military attaches of foreign countries accredited in Egypt, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the ARE, representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora, Ukrainian enterprises and organizations, other guests of honor.
In his welcome address, Colonel Alexander Chernov, the Defense Attaché at the Embassy of Ukraine in the ARE, noted the historical achievements of the Ukrainian army, emphasizing the inseparable link between generations of Ukrainian defenders of the Motherland. For a moment of silence, the guests honored the memory of the fallen soldiers during the armed aggression of Russia.
The participants were acquainted with the expanded photo exhibition, which covered the feat of Ukrainian soldiers. The guests were offered materials about the products of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex, books about the nowadays Ukrainian armed forces.
The guests were pleased to taste the Ukrainian dishes, noted the unusual beauty of the Ukrainian land, which they saw during the demonstration of the videos.
