Kiev/ Ukraine in Arabic/ Victor Mezheyko, Chairman of Zaporizhzhya Regional Council condemned to 5 years of dispersal Zaporozhye Maidan.
Today in Kirovograd finished hearing on the case of the bloody dispersal of Zaporizhzhya Maidan. In the case are two defendants Alexander Peklushenko, former chairman of Zaporizhzhya Regional State Administration, and Victor Mezheyko, chairman of Zaporizhzhya Regional Council. But as you know, after the hearing, Peklushenko committed suicide.
During the court hearing civil servant pleaded not acknowledged and declared that the day the building RSA it was only in order to organize the work of the dining room. Despite this, the court issued its verdict.
Decision of the court Mezheyko convicted and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment. Also the head of the regional council denied the right to take appropriate positions for 3 years. The verdict comes into force after 30 days.
