Ukraine in Arabic | The Friendship All Ukrainian festival of national cultures took place in Nikolaev
KYIV/Ukraine in Arabic/ From 20 to 23 of September The Friendship All Ukrainian festival of national cultures was organized by the Council of National Societies of Nikolaev region. This year it was attended by creative teams of national societies from Kiev, Crimea, Nikolaev, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa, and Kharkov regions. They singed and danced and showed music and culinary arts ofArmenians, Azerbaijanis, Poles, Georgians, Crimean Tatars, Bulgarians, Jews, Czechs, Meskhetian Turks, Russian, Greek, Roma, and other nationsArmenians, Azerbaijanis, Poles, Georgians, Crimean Tatars, Bulgarians, Jews, Czechs, Meskhetian Turks, Russian, Greek, Roma, and other nations living in Ukraine. The Bashlam Children's Song and Dance Ensemble of Chechen Republican became a special guest of the festival.
The opening ceremony was attended by the deputy chairman of The International Union public organization (IU)Alexander Kharchenko, representatives of the regional authorities, chairmen of the national-cultural societies and the chairman of the Regional Council of Nationalities, honored worker of culture of Ukraine Murad Kaymarazov.
On September 21st, there was organized a tournament on mini-football among teams of the ethnic communities of Nikolaev. The victory was gained by Armenian team.
On Sunday, September 22, a fair of national cuisine, dance master classes of different nations and the concert was organized.
On September 23rd, the members of The Bashlam Children's Song and Dance Ensemble of Chechen Republic can met with the students of Nikolaev National University.
The aim ofThe Friendship All Ukrainian festival of national cultures is to promote the idea of peace and friendship, mutual respect and harmony, as well as tolerant attitude towards the representatives of another race, ethnicity, culture and religion.
