Ukraine in Arabic | Kerry: US ‘has to negotiate’ with Syria’s Assad

The U.S. is ready to conduct a political dialogue with Syrian President Bashar Assad.So far, the negotiations between the U.S. and Syria under international mediation have failed. Kiev/ Ukraine in Arabic/ US Secretary of state John Kerry said that the U.S. will have to negotiate to end the civil war.
In a TV interview John Kerry said that the preliminary negotiations to end the conflict which has lasted for four years, were unsuccessful because of the reluctance of Syrian President to compromise.
