Ukraine in Arabic | Donbass bears loss

Last night officially killed 2 Ukrainian soldiers, 10 people were wounded in the Donbass in the conflict zone during the last 24 hours. According to Deputy head of the ATU in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts Valentine Fedychev.
Kiev/ Ukraine in Arabic/ According to UNIAN, February 12, Minsk were talks on the conflict in the Donbass. Negotiations were held between the leaders of Ukraine, France, Germany and the Russian Federation. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande.
As a result of negotiations , the parties had adopted measures to implement the Minsk agreements in September. Leaders of Ukraine, France, Germany and the Russian Federation adopted a Declaration in support of these measures.
Despite the fact that the ceasefire was to come into force, the insurgents continue to attack the position of the Ukrainian armed forces throughout the Donbass.
