This was stated by spokesman of the OSCE special monitoring mission in Ukraine Irina Hudyma. Says in an interview with the correspondent of TASS.
"We spent about half an hour yesterday. We had not seen any one object is not damaged by the shells, not the whole building. No water, no food, or heat, or electricity, or drugs in the city," she said.
The OSCE also said that its observers do not plan to visit Debaltsevo on Sunday as they gathered in other cities.
