According to the Iraq sources, the attack was directed on the Bab al-Sharqi district, a place where the major part of the shiites are live. The first bomb was blown up at the crowded market near clothes basket. After that mined car was blown up.
It’s important to noted that there were two explosions on the edge of Bagdad, evening before, in Thursday. 21 person died.
Gunmen of ISIL often attack on the civilians, especially on the shiites districts. Right now ISIL controls one third of the Iraq capital.
