A total of 247 parliamentarians voted in favor of the decision on Thursday, July 11, according to Article 152 of the Ukrainian Penal Code. Persons who committed sexual offenses against minors and children who are ill-treated will be punished, For 18 years and persons over the age of 65.
Chemical castration punishment is defined as a forced injection of anti-androgen drugs consisting of chemicals that reduce sexual desire and sexual activity in general.
