It is installed at a traffic intersection near the metro station "Levoberezhnaya". The corresponding photos were posted on social networks by Yevgeny Kovshun, the director of the Communist Party for the Social Protection of the Dnipro region.
Deer with a sleigh can be seen on a metro train or in a car along Brovarsky Prospekt.
