Officially: Canada to ban entry of ukrainian with russian passports
Canada has taken concrete measures against continuing Russian aggression in Ukraine and condemns Moscow's decision to grant Russian citizenship to Ukrainian citizens in the occupied Donbass region and to issue Russian passports to them.
The Canadian government released an official statement on its official Web site on July 2 confirming that Canada and the international community stand with the Ukrainian people on their journey towards a secure and sovereign future.
The statement confirmed that the Canadian government confirms that it will prohibit the entry of Ukrainians from the population of the province of Donbass occupied eastern Ukraine, who have Russian passports.
