Ministry of Internal Affairs: There was attempt to export medical masks to the UAE from Ukraine

A cargo was arrested at Borispol On Friday, March 13, at the Borispol airport, police did not allow the export of 1.5 tons of medical masks, the export of which is prohibited in Ukraine due to coronavirus. This was at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers said Interior Minister Arsen Avakov.
According to him, they tried to take out medical masks to Italy and the United Arab Emirates.
"In the morning, a cargo was arrested at Borispol, one and a half tons of medical masks, which were sent to the United Arab Emirates and Rome," Avakov said and added that the masks were confiscated.
