A meeting between Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini, which was scheduled for July 8, 2019, has been canceled,” reads the statement.
