Banks have resumed active issuance of "warm loans", - State Energy Efficiency
Since the beginning of the “warm loans” program in 2020, 370 OSMDs have already managed to use it, attracting more than UAH 110 million of loans for energy efficiency measures.
This was reported by the press service of the State Energy Efficiency, reports BusinessCensor.
In particular, last week, banks issued about 80 million UAH of "warm loans", which is more than the week before last, and even for the whole of April.
So, in a week, banks provided:
more than 50 million UAH - to families for energy-saving measures in private homes;
more than 28 million UAH - for OSMD for insulation of high-rise buildings;
730 thousand UAH - to households for the installation of solid fuel boilers.
According to the agency, the average annual savings in heat consumption for OSMD is 20%, gas - 10%, and electricity - 9%.
"At the same time, there are numerous examples of OSMD, which, after complex thermal modernization, reduced heating costs by 40-50% or more," the report says.
