Ukraine in Arabic | Turchynov was warned about the dangers of The Muslim Brotherhood
KYIV/Ukraine in Arabic/ In October 16th, at a formal meeting of the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian parliament) Oleksandr Turchynov with the Mufti of Ukraine Sheikh Akhmed Tamim and representatives of the national minorities of the country, the head of the Egyptian fraternities in Ukraine Walid Atieh warned Speaker of the dangers of some terrorist groups.
One of them is The Muslim Brotherhood extremist organization which has been recognized as a terrorist organization in most European countries and some Muslim states, including Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
According to the head of the Egyptian fraternities in Ukraine, the activity of The Muslim Brotherhood affects all countries in the Middle East. “In Egypt this organization is called as Brothers of the devils. The ideology of this group has nothing common with the philosophy and ideology of the overwhelming majority of Muslims. They bring troubles to everywhere they have come”, - Walid Atieh said.
Now, this organization is seeking refuge in European countries.
“As a citizen of Ukraine I am afraid The Muslim Brotherhood can appear here. Given the unstable situation in all areas in Ukraine, there are so many loopholes that they can use”, - he said.
At the moment, there is only indirect evidence of the activities of this terrorist organization in Ukraine, however, it’s dangerous.
Oleksandr Turchynov sincerely thanked Walid Atieh for the warning and assured that he understood the seriousness of the situation.
