Yatsenyuk said the government would apply to the EU for financial aid to impalement the project, adding the government had funds to implement the first stage KYIV/Ukraine in Arabic/ Ukrainian government on Friday will consider Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk's border plan.
