Ukraine has become a second home for many people KYIV/Ukraine in Arabic/ On November 14th in, The 70 years without a homeland event dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the deportation of the Meskhetian Turks, held in Kherson.
The event was also attended by the Mufti of Ukraine Sheikh Akhmed Tamim. He urged Meskhetian Turks and other representatives of national communities to support Ukraine in these difficult times.
Mufti also noted that Ukraine is a wise country because it prevented a split of a state and bloodshed as it was in Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and Bosnia.
Akhmed Tamim said that Ukraine has become a second home for many people.
