Ukraine's military sports team received five gold, 13 silver and 15 bronze medals at the competitions and took tenth place in overall rankings, the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry reported.
A total of 10,000 athletes from 110 countries participated in the 7th CISM Military World Games. The Ukrainian national team consisted of 87 military athletes who participated in freestyle, women's and Greco-Roman wrestling, judo, sailing, athletics, swimming, diving, bullseye shooting, archery, modern and military pentathlon, and fencing.
