Ukraine in Arabic | Was held the meeting of the Committee on human rights, national minorities and interethnic relations
Kiev/ Ukraine in Arabic/ The Committee meeting was attended by Chairman of the Committee Hryhoriy Nemyria, Deputy Chairman of the Committee Valery patskan, Deputy Chairman of the Committee Georgy Logvynsky, Secretary of the Committee Vadim Rabinovich, a Committee Member Mustafa Dzhemilev, the Deputy head of the presidential Administration of Ukraine Dmytro shymkiv, Advisor to the Chairman of the SBU Markiyan Lubkivsky and representatives of public organizations. International public organization "International Union" was represented by the Deputy Chairman of the Board Natalia Megahal.
Among the agenda items were heard on offers of Executive authorities given to the Recommendations of the parliamentary hearings on the theme: "the Role, value and impact of civil society on the formation of ethnic-national policy of unity in Ukraine", which took place on 11 March 2015. Members of the Committee, it was decided to take them into account in the preparation of the relevant resolution of the Verkhovna Rada and submitted for approval by the deputies.
In accordance with article 91 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts laws, resolutions and other acts by the majority of its constitutional composition, except in cases provided for by the Constitution.
Decree of the Verkhovna Rada accepted on specific issues for the implementation of its founding, organization, control and other functions, and shall come into force from the date of their adoption, unless otherwise provided by the resolution.
In the resolution may specify the period during which the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine must report the moves of implementation of tasks laid down in the Recommendations.
