The stabbing victim was taken to hospital but was not seriously hurt.
Peace talks have been stalled since April 2014, leaving inter-communal violence simmering in the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
Last month’s killing of a Palestinian toddler and his father in an arson attack has heightened tensions in the region.
