"We started erecting the wall and began to dig a moat along the border with Libya. The length of the wall will be 168 kilometers, its construction will be completed before the end of 2015", - said the Prime Minister, Habib ESSID.
He noted that the wall should be a tool to counter the infiltration of terrorists into the country grouping "Islamic state", which already controls several areas in Libya.
