Kiev/ Ukraine in Arabic/ Supreme commander of the Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed 8.00 GMT Monday to lead to full combat readiness of the Northern fleet and individual compounds of the Western military district and the airborne troops within their spot checks.
This was announced by defense Minister Sergei Shoigu at the National control center defense in Moscow.
