The OSCE mission in Ukraine has reported for the second time in a week seeing men with weapons in Russian military uniforms in the east of Ukraine.
The report also includes eye-witnessing military vehicles with Russian license plates, Ukraine Today reports.
UN officials earlier reported the frequent movement of Russian troops and military equipment accross the Russia-Ukraine border.
