The Prosecutor-General's office has arrested property Sergei Aksenov, Vladimir Konstantinov and deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea 1.2 billion, reports the press service of the Ministry reported. "Kiev Pechersk district court supported the request of the investigators and seized immovable and movable property of the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea, as well as the self-proclaimed leaders illegally constituted authorities of the autonomy (Aksenov S., Konstantinov Century and other)", - stated in the message. In General arrested 67 vehicles, almost 70 residential and non-residential premises. The estimated cost of the arrested property is 1 billion 200 million UAH.
Recall, on September 17, the Prosecutor-General's office started criminal proceedings in connection with the preparation and conduct of elections in Crimea. Criminal proceedings were commenced at PM 3 tbsp. 109 of the criminal code of Ukraine (actions aimed at violent change or overthrow the constitutional order or the seizure of state power).
The CEC called elections in Crimea "and held valid.
Soon the SBU opened proceedings against acting head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov and the speaker of the Council of the "Vladimir Konstantinov under articles 109 and 110 of the criminal code (infringement of the territorial integrity of Ukraine).
