Poroshenko and Biden on the phone was talking about Savchenko and situation in the Donbass

Kiev/ Ukraine in Arabic/ The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has held a telephone conversation with the Vice President of the United States Joseph Biden, the press service of the President.

Policies addressed the question of compliance with the Minsk agreements and military-technical cooperation.

President Poroshenko informed about the latest situation in the Donbass region and stressed the need for the immediate release of Hope Savchenko.

"The sides discussed the implementation status of the Minsk agreements and coordinated position with respect to further steps, and the provision of U.S. assistance - both financial and in the sphere of military-technical cooperation," the statement said.

The head of state noted the importance of consultation in the framework of the UN Security Council on the deployment of Ukraine in international peacekeeping and security.

Earlier it was reported that in the center of Donetsk armor separatists crushed cars.
