OSCE monitors continue to observe heavy weapons in Donbas. OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine still observes the presence of heavy weapons in eastern Ukraine

Kiev/ Ukraine in Arabic/ "Despite claims that the withdrawal of heavy weapons was completed, the SMM continued to observe the presence of heavy weapons," the OSCE SMM said on April 29 in its recent update based on information received as of 1930 Kyiv time on April 28.

In particular, in "LPR"-controlled areas the SMM observed three howitzer D-30 (122mm) towed by trucks and another one stationary.

In "DPR"-controlled areas the SMM observed one tank (T-64) and one anti-tank gun (100mm).

The Special Monitoring Mission also observed that military exercises were taking place in the vicinity of Uspenka ("LPR"-controlled, 27km south-west of Luhansk). In government-controlled areas the SMM observed eight tanks (T-64).
