Ukraine in Arabic | In Kherson region was competition in the best reading of ayats from Koran
Kiev/Ukraine in Arabic/On 30 of January , 2015 in masjid of the small town Partisans, Genichesky district of Kherson region was held a competition on reading of Muslims’ the holy book - Koran. The competition was attended by 50 people. Participants came from all over the region, namely the small town Partisans, v. Dogmarovka
The contest was held in two stages. The participants were divided into age groups: from 5 years to 16 years, and 16+. As reports the press service of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Ukraine (DUMA).
Imam of Genichesky district Ulugbek-Khoja had the honour to apply to the participants with welcoming speech. According to his words, the aim of this event is to revive the spiritual values of Islam and urge Muslims to study the Koran.
After the competition guests of the masjid in small town Partisans were able to enjoy the performance of the ensemble '' Salaam '. Singers sang religious songs, creating a festive atmosphere of the evening.
Winners received recognition gifts. All participants were given diplomas and children were pleased with sweets.
Arrangers handed out gifts to all the participants, recalling that such competition does not have losers, because the study of Koran helps believers to become better acquainted with their religion and find harmony.
