The first "Capsule" hotel already in Ukraine
Ukraine opened the first small-room hotel, “capsule”, which has recently gained popularity around the world. The hotel was opened on July 2 at the Boryspil International Airport in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv.
"Boryspil Airport has joined the world's most modern airports, and this hotel will enable passengers who want a short break between flights, and we are confident that as the number of passengers continues to increase, this service will be required," Volodymyr Omelian said, Ukraine's Infrastructure Minister.
The hotel has small soundproofed rooms with sleeping beds, air conditioners and free wifi internet access, The single room 370 Hrivna (14 US $) for three hours only, while the double room costs 550 Hrivna which is equivalent to $ 21 for 3 hours. Guests may take a break for 3 or 6 hours and a maximum of 12 hours as desired by the customer.
