Syrian government and opposition at odds over presidency ahead of Geneva talks

This, as the lead opposition negotiator says there will be no political transition unless Bashar al-Assad goes With Syria peace talks due to start in Geneva on Monday, the Damascus government has said the presidency will not be up for discussion.
