Syrian citizen was sentenced to 4 years for fake mining of ukrainian parliament
A Syrian citizen was sentenced to 4 years probation for a call to the police with a report about the mining of the Verkhovna Rada. Such a verdict was issued by the Darnitskiy District Court of the city of Kiev.
This is reported in the decision of the authority published in the official register.
According to the document, on September 19, 2017, a citizen of Syria, being drunk, telephoned from his personal mobile phone to the special police station "102".
"During the conversation with the operator of the special line "102" the accused had a plan for a false report about the preparation of the explosion," the document says.
Thus, the attacker reported deliberately false information about the preparation of the Verkhovna Rada explosion. Subsequently, law enforcers concluded an agreement with him on pleading guilt.
The culprit stated that he wanted to check how well the law enforcement agencies work.
