Shocking photos of homeless living in void graves near Tehran
Photos of homeless drug addicted who live in empty graves in close proximity to the Iranian capital deeply shocked the public and even caused a reaction from President Hassan Rouhani.
The newspaper Shahrvand on Tuesday, December 27, has published shocking pictures in his report about the homeless people - 50 men and women who live in the cemetery of Shahriar - 30 kilometers west of Tehran.
Story and photos of homeless, looking out of the unoccupied slots, were quickly spreaded in social networks, where users and celebrities commented terrible things with anxiety and sadness.
Oscar-winning Iranian film director Asghar Farhadi expressed his disappointment in a special letter to Rouhani
The authorities have already managed to resolve this problem. In October, a similar reaction was caused with photos of homeless that have settled in the sewers.
