"The National Bank is ready to provide support for the liquidity of the banking system. Now the banking system has historically high levels of liquidity. However, if necessary, banks can receive support at any time thanks to constant refinancing tools," the statement said.
It is noted that the National Bank is ready to do everything necessary to ensure uninterrupted cash services and replenishment of ATMs in case of increased demand for cash from the population.
"The National Bank is ready to decontaminate hryvnia banknotes in the vault," the NBU press service emphasized.
