NABU prepares to raise suspicion to oligarch Kolomoisky

According to him, one of the criminal articles currently under investigation is related to embezzlement from state property

The head of NABU Artem Sytnik on the air of one of the TV channels said that soon his department was preparing to announce a suspicion to the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky in the Privat case.

When asked whether suspicion would be raised of businessman and oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, the head of the NABU said that his department was on the way to this decision.

According to him, one of the criminal articles currently under investigation is related to embezzlement from state property on an especially large scale. In case of proof of guilt, the former co-owner of Privat faces 12 years in prison.

The head of the anti-corruption bureau also said that the investigators and experts involved in the case are under political pressure.

He states that every person involved in this production is trying in every possible way to obtain the data available from the pre-trial investigation bodies.

We will remind, earlier Igor Kolomoisky, commenting on the law on banks, which the parliament wants to adopt to receive the tranche from the IMF, called it “anti-Ukrainian”
