MFA of Ukraine announced the opening of a new embassy in Albania and two consulates-general
State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Zayats said that next year Ukraine will open a new embassy and two consulates-general.
He said this in an interview with Apostrophe.
As noted, a new embassy will be opened in Albania, and consulates-general will be opened in the US and France.
At the same time, Zelensky has already agreed to these plans, and now counterparties have to say their word.
"We intend to open 3 new institutions next year. This is the Embassy in Albania, the Consulate General of Ukraine in Marseille (consular services in France only in Paris) and the Consulate General of Ukraine in Houston (USA). I hope that in the third quarter of 2020, these institutions will start working, "- said the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In addition, the ministry wants to increase the number of consular officials in the busiest institutions through the "electronic consul". This should concern Poland and Israel.
