Lutsk terrorist faces life imprisonment, the prosecutor's office insists on non-alternative arrest
In Lutsk, the prosecutor's office insists on taking into custody a man who hijacked a regular bus on July 21 and took people hostage. At the same time, law enforcement officers will ask the court not to give the terrorist the opportunity to bail. This was stated by the assistant to the head of the SBU department of the Volyn region Ivanna Polishchuk, the correspondent of "112 Ukraine" reports.
Today, on July 23, the court will choose a measure of restraint for the Lutsk terrorist Maksim Krivosh.
"A few minutes ago, we had the opportunity to talk with the assistant to the head of the SBU department of the Volyn region, Ivanna Polishchuk. She said that the time of the meeting would be known in 2.5 hours. The prosecutor's office will petition for arrest without the right to post bail," the message says.
