Iran suggests families of victims of UIA plane not to sue

Families of victims of the crash must recognize the "human error"

Iranian authorities sent a draft memorandum to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, which offers Ukraine and the family of those killed in the UIA plane crash in Tehran to waive the right to sue. This is reported by RBC.

According to the document, the families of victims of the crash must recognize the "human error."

"This document also says that Iranian citizens should not be prosecuted for all the dead," the statement said.

Ministry has not responded to this request at this time.
