In Kyiv recorded the first death from a coronavirus - Klitschko

As of Thursday, April 2, 161 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus were officially confirmed in Kiev.

This was announced by the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko at a briefing.

“In the capital of confirmed cases with a diagnosis of coronavirus - 161. One person died. 12 people recovered, ”Klitschko said.

The mayor noted that a 70-year-old man had died.

According to him, 29 cases have been laboratory-confirmed: 19 men aged 22 to 70 years, 10 women aged 36 to 62 years. Of these, 18 patients were hospitalized.
