Chinese Skyrizon has submitted an application to the AMCU for the third time for the purchase of Motor Sich

AMCU twice returned similar applications from DCH and Skyrizon without consideration of their essence

DCH Group and Chinese investors, represented in Ukraine by Skyrizon, have submitted an application to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the third time to obtain permission for concentration by purchasing shares of Motor Sich PJSC, the press service of the Ukrainian company reports.

The press service recalled that before that, the AMCU twice returned similar applications from DCH and Skyrizon without consideration of their essence.

Earlier, on September 4, 2020, the Chinese investors of Motor Sich PJSC submitted to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine a claim document - Notice of Investment Dispute - on their intention to apply to international arbitration to recover losses from the state of Ukraine in the amount of $ 3.5 billion. To the working group on pre-arbitration settlement includes a representative of the AMCU.
