Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Oleksiy Danilov as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Oleksiy Danilov as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine.
Relevant decree No. 733/2019 of October 3 was posted on the president's official website. "To appoint Oleksiy Miacheslavovych Danilov as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine," the document says. Prior to this, Danilov was dismissed from the post of the NSDC's Deputy Secretary under presidential decree No. 732/2019.
