KYIV/Ukraine in Arabic/ The winners of The Ukraine is a Tolerance and Harmony Photo Contest were named. The exhibition took place in the Ukrainian House during The equal rights in the united country all-Ukrainian forum of small peoples. The event was organized by The International Union public organization (IU).
According to the results of voting jury selected three winners. The first place was taken by Mohammad Farajallah, 2nd – by Anton Petrus and 3rd – by Victor Serbin.
The head of the IU Larisa Abramovich awarded the winners with diplomas and monetary prizes. Farajallah and Serbin said that they’re very happy to win and want to continue to cooperate in future. The second winner Anton Petrus couldn’t come so his prize was delivered to him later.by post.
“We’re pleased that there are photographers in Ukraine who are concerned about issues of tolerance in our society. We hope that in the future you will cooperate with the IU and take an active part not only in competitions, but also in the life of our organization”, Larisa Abramovic said during the awards ceremony.
