Ukraine in Arabic | The Day of Chechen literature was organized in the city of Belaya Tserkov
KYIV/Ukraine in Arabic/ On April 29th, an event dedicated to the Day of Chechen literature at the first time was held in in Belotserkovskaya City Library №8. It was organized by The Chechen Diaspora of Ukraine and be the general partner the International Union.
Especially for the guests of the event it was made a stand exhibition with materials of young photographers, interactive board with slides and films about Chechnya, history of the origin of writing, literature and representatives of the educational system of the Republic.
The meeting was started with film about the activities of the Chechen diaspora in Ukraine. The film showed a leisure, sport and education of young people, also traditions, culture and customs of the Chechen people.
At first the word was taken by the head of the Belotserkovskaya library Svetlana Khmelevaya. She spoke about the work of library and shared her expectations from the event.
The head of Kiev’s Head of Kyiv Regional Office of Diaspora Musa Abdurazakov about the Chechen writers, poets and thinkers.
"The main objective of the Diaspora is to show the best side of Chechen culture," - he said.
The professor of the Taras Shevchenko University Yuri Kosenko showed the guests a film about Ahmad Matsiev - Chechen philologist, who produced and released the "Chechen-Russian dictionary of expressions and collocations."
Besides he told about the process of formation of the Chechen language, literature and folklore.
Rayana Katayeva and Zulikhan Elsnukaeva performed famous Chechen poems and songs.
The representative of the German community "Wiedergeburt" - "Revival" Olga Pashchenko and secretary of the Jewish community of Belaya Tserkov Natalia Symonenko also made their speeches. They said that there are no boundaries between nations.
The event was attended by Head of the Department of Culture of the City Council Petr Krasnozhen.
At the end of the event the Chairman of the Board of the Diaspora of Chechen People Salman Sadayev addressed to the audience. "I can assure you that the members of the Diaspora are Ukrainian patriots and do not want to split the country. Friendship between the peoples is not determined by agreements between the governments, but history "- summed up Salman Sadaev.
