State statistics: Agrosector reduced production in 8 months by 9.8%
According to the State Statistics Service, the agricultural sector in January-August reduced production compared to the same period last year by 9.8%.
The Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture estimates GDP in January-July 2020 at 6.2% compared to 6.5% in the first half of this year.
This is stated in the review of economic activity for 7 months of 2020.
"In July 2020. Against the background of continued adaptation to quarantine activities, almost all economic activities showed a slowdown in the rate of decline or growth (in particular, the retail market segment).
