Hryvnia exchange rate was strengthened to UAH 27.11 to dollar
On Wednesday the National Bank has strengthened the hryvnia exchange rate, however, not far more - by 7 kopiyok. At the moment, he is on the level of UAH 27.11 to the dollar.
The Central Bank set the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against leading foreign currencies for January 12: $100 costs UAH 2,711.3199 (on January 11, it was UAH 2,718.6833); EUR 100 costs UAH 2,847.6993 (on January 11, it was UAH 2,872.8326); 10 RUB costs UAH 4.5067 (on January 11, it was UAH 4.5347).
On Wednesday, January 11, hryvnia quotations against the dollar on the interbank currency market by the close of trade settled at UAH 27.20/27.30 to the dollar.
Hryvnia quotes against the euro settled at UAH 28.5246/28.6267, while those against the Russian ruble settled at UAH 0.4517/0.4531.
According to the National Bank of Ukraine, the weighted average exchange rate of the hryvnia as of 17:00 was UAH 27.1132 to the dollar, with 484 deals concluded by this time worth a total of $281.02 million.
