DELEGATION OF THE EMBASSY OF MALAYSIA VISITS BOGUSLAV PLANT OF CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS
As part of the continuous promotion of Malaysian products to Ukrainian business community, delegation of the Embassy of Malaysia visited Boguslav Plant of Chocolate Products on May16, 2014. This company is specialized in the production of chocolate sweets and barley biscuits. H.E. Ambassador Chuah led the delegation and met with the company owner and chairman of the board (Mr. Volodymyr Ryaboshlyk and Mrs. Lyudmila Gostischeva). The meeting was organized by Kiev Regional Chamber of Commerce and MATRADE Kiev office.
During the meeting, the company management made a brief company presentation and showed all products’ assortment. H.E. Ambassador explained current situation in Ukraine-Malaysia bilateral trade, told on the usage of palm oil products (margarines, shortenings, etc.) in food processing industry and asked on the recipes of the company products.
After the meeting the short trip on the plant was organized. Mrs. Gostischeva showed and explained all production processes and company production facilities. H.E. Ambassador provided the company management with promotion catalogues of Malaysian food industry and also enquiry on the palm oil usage.
