8 oblasts are not ready for the second stage of quarantine mitigation - the Ministry of Health
Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zakarpattia, Luhansk, Lviv, Rivne and Chernivtsi regions are not ready for the second stage of coronavirus quarantine mitigation.

Details: The remaining 16 oblasts of Ukraine and the capital Kyiv are ready for the second stage of easing quarantine restrictions based on incidence, overcrowding of specialized hospitals and testing coverage.
At the second stage it is possible to restore: public transport, schools for graduates, hotels (without restaurants and without swimming pools), restaurants and cafes "with you" or outdoors, sports centers (without swimming pools and saunas); sports competitions (limited to 100 people and without spectators), church services (in the presence of not more than 1 person per 10 m2), etc.
