The next local elections are scheduled for October 31, 2020 in Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelensky for holding elections in the ORDLO territory at the same time as the national local elections in the fall of 2020.
He said this during a speech on the program "Freedom of Speech by Savik Shuster", Ukrainian Pravda writes.

"It's true. Because the very feeling that we are one country and our people there must start even from now on. Local elections are held simultaneously under the laws of Ukraine throughout Ukraine. Yes, that's our idea, ”Zelensky said.

He added that he wanted to go with him to negotiate in the "Norman format", but "everyone already knows."

On December 5, Assistant to the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, at a meeting with European experts and analysts in London at Chatham House, stated that the Ukrainian authorities want to hold elections simultaneously throughout Ukraine, including the occupied territories.

The next local elections are scheduled for October 31, 2020 in Ukraine.
