Ukraine in Arabic | Yemen rocked by deadly car bombs
Kiev/ Ukraine in Arabic/ Yemen has been rocked by deadly car bombs a day after an airstrike and fighting between rival froces killed almost 200 people across the country.
The self-styled Islamic State in Yemen claimed responsibility for the attack in the capital Sana’a, where a vehicle laden with explosives was detonated near a hospital and a mosque, it’s unclear how many were killed or injured in the attack. While in al-Badya in the south of the country, at least 10 died in a separate attack.
On Monday, at least 176 civilians and fighters were killed in Saudi-led coalition airstrikes and clashes. It marks the highest daily death toll since the air offensive began more than three months ago.
The UN is pushing for an end to the fighting which has already claimed more than 3,000 lives.
