Ambassador of Latvia - Argita Daudze, has said that Ukraine will have its free-visa system with Europe in 2016 – has reported BBC Ukraine. It depends on Ukraine itself – country should accept special reorganizations which will help to make it real. Such as biometric passports and war on corruption. Latvia has taken leadership of The Council of the European Union from Italy only in the beginning of 2015 so all the important decisions will make by the Latvian representatives.
The level of the changes will check up by the expert committees.
