Ukraine ahead of Russia in the rating of investment attractiveness, finishing 89 position among 174 countries. This is evidenced by global index of investment attractiveness of the BDO International Business Compass (IBC), compiled by the Hamburg Institute of world Economics (HWWI) in collaboration with the German auditing company BDO AG.
Ukraine is located between the Philippines (88) and the Maldives (90). Russia was in the hundreds place, between Vietnam (99) and Zambia (101).
Among the countries that achieved the greatest improvement of the investment climate in IBC 2015 Ukraine, Belarus (86, rose to 29 positions) and Latvia (30 spot, up 19 positions).
